2 Any new requests for funding and allocation of remaining pre-paid rooms

3 Status of Local Organization, including organization of no-host dinner as well as workshop dinner.
A list of participants has been distributed prior to the telecon. For the local organization, it will be important to prepare the badges and the handout folders.

4 Review of Workshop Program
A draft workshop program is available at http://www.czcp.org/workshops/Puerto_Rico and there the link 'Draft Program.' A Book of Abstracts is available there, too. However, not many abstracts have been submitted so far.

5 Finalization of session conveners and plenary speakers, including the speakers for the Friday plenary sessions.
